U kunt met of zonder verwijzing van een huisarts of specialist deelnemen aan de Beweeggroep. De Beweeggroep is met name bedoelt voor mensen met COPD, diabetes of (ernstig) overgewicht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat kunt u verwachten?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intake gesprek. Waarna de beginsituatie en de doelen worden vastgelegd<\/li>\n<li>Beweegprogramma van 3 maanden<\/li>\n<li>Twee keer per week trainen in een groepje van maximaal 5 personen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Trainingstijden:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>maandag 15.30-16.30 uur<\/li>\n<li>vrijdag 14.00-15.00 en 15.00-16.00 uur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tijdens de training zult u onder begeleiding van een fysiotherapeut oefeningen doen die erop gericht zijn om uw conditie en spierkracht te vergroten of te behouden. Er wordt zoveel mogelijk rekening gehouden met uw persoonlijke mogelijkheden. De fysiotherapeut zal u bijsturen en indien nodig het programma bijstellen. Na drie maanden zult u een advies krijgen hoe en op welke manier u het bewegen voort kunt zetten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Praktische informatie<\/strong><br \/>De Beweeggroep traint in de oefenzaal van de praktijk. U wordt verzocht om sportkleding en sportschoenen te dragen en een handdoek mee te nemen. Er is een mogelijkheid om u om te kleden, helaas is er geen douche aanwezig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kosten<\/strong><br \/>De kosten per training bedragen \u20ac 9,00 (ex.BTW).
